Luota Agency has appointed Saara Silvennoinen as Head of Influencer Marketing & Operations. The appointment supports Luota Agency’s growth strategy and strengthens the company’s ability to develop influencer marketing in an increasingly systematic and business-driven manner.
In her role, Saara will contribute to the further development of the AI-powered Luota AI platform to better meet the evolving needs of influencer marketing from a customer-centric perspective. She will also ensure operational agility in day-to-day activities. Her key responsibility is to guarantee that influencer marketing delivers clear and measurable value to clients.
Saara brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, artist management, and international operational leadership. She has held executive positions in a company with annual revenues exceeding EUR 100 million, where she was responsible for organizational development, international executive team collaboration, and enabling personnel and business growth.
Her experience spans domestic operations as well as international markets, where she has designed and implemented strategies to drive growth, performance, and transformation. Saara has led organizations through rapid change, built scalable operating models across multiple markets, and developed structures and organizational cultures that enable profitable and sustainable long-term growth.
At the core of Saara’s work is the integration of business success and people’s success — from hands-on operational execution to strategic decision-making at the highest level. Her background brings a strong operational, commercial, and international perspective to the development of Luota AI, ensuring that solutions genuinely serve clients’ business objectives and withstand critical evaluation.
